I'm inspired by the link between activism and art, the drive to uncover and share stories that don't often get told, and collaborating with others who share a passion for storytelling. Curiosity keeps me constantly learning, and I'm happiest when viewing the world through the tip of my pen or camera lens.
I picked up a camera at a young age and have rarely put it down since. From filming home videos with siblings and friends, to making my first documentary at 16, I've always known my purpose is storytelling.
Over the last 15 years I've enjoyed capturing and sharing stories while working in PR, communications and marketing. My diverse career means I've promoted world renowned film and art festivals (T.I.F.F., Luminato, Nuit Blanche etc.); collaborated on editorials for brands like Aritzia and magazines including Chile's Caras and Canada's Glow; and co-produced broadcast commercials as well as lifestyle segments for outlets like Entertainment Tonight.
Throughout the years I've always maintained my passion for visual storytelling, building a portfolio of photography, video and writing content. These days, I enjoy producing the odd photo essay, and am focused on evolving my skillset in directing, writing and producing for TV and film.
